medway, MA Up for auction a true barn find! 1997 PontiacFirebird Formula WS6 Ram Air, one of 473 coupes with 10,000 miles YES 10,000 miles. This car is AMAZING! Black on charcoal with original paint wich is near perfect, interior is also spotless and perfectit hasmany options including, automatic, cruise, power windows, power locks, power hatch, tilt wheel, upgraded radio, power antenna,chrome wheels, Borla exhaust etc…see the door tag pic. for ALL the options. The car has no engine or transmission but an absolutely beautiful body and interior! Comes with radiator, fans, ram air box, exhaust manifolds, ac hoses, radiator hoses, driveshaft etc. The engine cradle/suspention was removed. The coresponding parts will need to be adjusted, tightend and brakes bled. Those parts, the brakes, shocks and spindles should get cleaned up if you want that 10000 mile look, it sat outside for a bit, they are not bad but not as fresh as the rest of the car. This would make a great home for any LT1 engine, race caror great body for a donor car! Although this isHARDLY A PARTS CAR! I have a clean title and all paper work is proper. In response to the mileage discrepancy: At the time I listed the ad I did not have the title physically in my hand. It was in the envelope from the registry and trusted that there was not a problem. Thinking every thing was in order, I wrote the ad above… I remembered the previous title to state 10,--- so I stated 10,000 original miles not remembering the exact mileage. However, after receiving the new title opened it to discover the Massachusetts Department of Transportation made an error and wrote the mileage as 99999 which is mileage unknown in their terms. This is where the discrepancy comes into play. I am trying to rectify this wi!th the MA DOT. I hope to post a picture of the odometer soon so you can see for yourself the ACTUAL mileage. This car has not had an engine in it for a long time and has been sitting in a garage as long as I have known about it which is about 8 years. |
